Je recommande fortement la société Albert. Dans un premier temps, l'accueil de M. Albert au téléphone a plus de 22h a été chaleureuse et efficace, il a su répondre à mes questions grâce aussi à un film que j'ai envoyé . Après avoir exposé mon problème de fuite sur le ballon d'eau chaude et la date de mon départ en vacances M. Albert a demandé à ses techniciens d'intervenir chez moi . Le chauffe-eau a été changé dans la journée car nous partions en vacances le lendemain Les techniciens ont effectué une intervention de qualité. En plus de leur competence, ils sont tes a l'écoute . Nous sommes parties en vacances sereine Alors n'hésitez pas a prendre contacte avec eux !!
